WCH manufacture all of our hinge products in our factory which means:
We have excellent lead times – you don’t need to wait for us to import our product from overseas, we will just make it for you. Our standard lead times are between 3 to 5 working days.
You can order the stock that you need rather than having to buy in bulk and tie up your cash flow and factory space.
We can supply a consistent, high quality hinge, unlike some importers who source their hinge from different overseas suppliers with inconsistent quality.
You can talk to the owners of the business who will make sure that what is promised is delivered.

| Services Hinges made to your specifications - Do you have a unique job that requires a purpose made hinge? If so we can help. Pre-Punched Holes - We can supply your standard 1800mm & 2400mm long continuous hinge with holes already punched. The hole is 5mm in diameter and is punched at 100mm centres in the middle of the leaf. Holes can be punched in an offset or opposite configuration. N.B. The minimum open width is 32mm and the maximum material thickness is 2.0mm. WCH Hinge Design Service - We are able to design and manufacture specialty hinges ranging from continuous hinges through to butt hinges allowing you to fit them straight on to your job. Smart Blank - Windeyer Continuous Hinges can provide you with a hinge making service that utilises your equipment and material buying power to reduce the cost of your custom made hinges. |
